Aircraft S-3 Viking designed for carrier strike groups Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) and Anti-Surface Warfare (ASUW), surface surveillance and intelligence gathering and information, electronic warfare, mine warfare, coordinated search and rescue, and fleet support missions.
